Allecia Harley

Allecia is a nonprofit advisor, strategist, trainer, and facilitator on leadership and growth. She’s also the CEO and Principal Consultant for IntuWork, a leading provider of organizational consulting and training services.

Allecia trains leaders (and leaders in the making) on how to build cohesive teams and boards with a diversity of thought in her keynotes, workshops, and executive coaching programs to build intuitive workplace cultures. Her gift is making complex concepts understandable with her deep experience in leadership and on the front lines of public health and human services.

Allecia serves as the vice-chair of the board of VOA Illinois, secretary of the board for PJB Village Mentoring, and is a member of the board of the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits.

She holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree from Spelman College. She lives in Chicago with her husband, teenage son, and their dog, Cassius Clay, a boxer.

Allecia is a frequent speaker on the national stage discussing team building, health equity, and community engagement.
