Tamara is a learning and development consultant with over 25 years of experience leading initiatives to develop training and performance tools for system implementations and process training across a broad range of industries. With her strengths in instructional design, process improvement, and learning development; she effectively partners with clients to identify skill gaps, develop learning curricula, provide instructional design, address performance issues, develop customized learning solutions, and evaluate learning programs.
In addition to leading training initiatives, Tamara has developed full learning solutions that include eLearning, virtual reality simulations, video learning, live instructor facilitated training, virtual instructor lead training, performance support tools and system/process documentation. She has been recognized by clients for her technical and communication skills and her development of effective solutions for complex systems/processes.
Tamara is a Certified Modern Classroom (Virtual) Trainer, has a Six Sigma Green Belt, and Change Management Certification from Acuity Institute. She has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Math from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
